Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and quiet limiting beliefs that undermine confidence and leadership presence.
2. Define and articulate their personal brand and executive presence to stand out authentically.
3. Apply mindset and skill set adjustments to negotiate effectively and lead with influence.
4. Demonstrate strategies to develop others while continuing their own professional growth.
5. Create an action plan to implement at least one L.E.A.D. shift within 30 days.

  2. Apply the DIME framework by identifying practical ways to strengthen discipline, live with integrity, invest in mentoring, and lead with effort in daily leadership situations.

  3. Evaluate leadership effectiveness beyond skills and results by understanding how character-driven leaders create sustainable cultures of trust and performance across industries.

  4. Commit to actionable growth in one DIME area by developing a personal 30-day action plan to strengthen at least one dimension of character-driven leadership.
