Biography
Darlene M. Ayoub, CPA, leads an accounting firm that specializes in advising individuals with foreign assets and complex U.S. tax returns. Her international clientele deals with many challenges when moving across cultures, and her tax planning advice ensures their compliance with U.S. tax rules.
In addition to advising executives, investors, expatriates and non-residents, the firm serves foreign nationals in the U.S. on short-term assignments.
Having worked and lived internationally, Darlene relates well to this diverse group and their complex tax issues. Her attention to each unique tax situation allows her to tailor a customized solution.
Darlene serves on the Board of AWSCPA (Houston), is a member of the Houston CPA Society IRS/Tax Practitioner Study Group and is Treasurer of Partners, UT School of Nursing scholarship group. Darlene earned her MBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, her BBA in Economics from Rice University and is a certified public accountant, licensed in Texas.
